Splitter silencers

For noise reduction in air handling systems. Our splitter silencers can also be designed for very high requirements, since the splitter width can be configured very flexibly.

Effective according to the  absorption-reaction principle, consisting of the required acoustic splitters built into a galvanised sheet steel casing.

The aerodynamically favourable, profiled splitter frame (radius > 15 mm) is made of galvanised sheet steel and is folded over to protect the absorption material. The absorption material is non-combustible, hygienically safe and ageing-resistant mineral fibre (inert to fungal and bacterial growth). The active surfaces are covered with laminated glass silk and, where required, with a galvanised perforated sheet as abrasion protection (up to air velocities of 20 m/s).

The silencers are optionally available in stainless steel or aluminium, and large dimensions can be manufactured (by dividing the silencers).
