Silencer splitters

The splitters for silencers are suitable for installation in a rectangular metal casing or in a solid duct.

The aerodynamically favourable, profiled splitter frame (radius > 15 mm) is made of galvanised sheet steel and is folded over to protect the absorption material. The absorption material is non-combustible, hygienically safe and ageing-resistant mineral fibre (inert to fungal and bacterial growth). The active surfaces are covered with laminated glass silk and, where required, with a galvanised perforated sheet as abrasion protection (up to air velocities of 20 m/s).

The splitters are optionally available in stainless steel or aluminium, and large dimensions can be manufactured (by dividing the splitters).
